Natalie Lauchlan (she/her)

marée (meaning the tide) is an exhibition about memory, illness, and gestures of care. It is rooted in craft theory and ontology, as it relates to our relationships between people. The exhibition deals with light and tides as the emotional rising and setting of daily life. marée is inspired by the relationship between the artist, her matrilineal lineage and their mental illness.
